Life at Enchanted Wood Preschool

Pension Scheme

From the moment you join Enchanted Wood Preschool, you can join the company ‘Nest Pension Scheme.’ You will automatically be enrolled in the pension scheme if you are over the age of 22 and earn more than £10,000. This will provide an 8% monthly contribution.

Professional Development

We continually want to challenge and support our employees by offering them a range of Professional Qualifications and Short Courses to development their child development knowledge and deliver the best possible curriculum. We provide Childcare Qualifications through Quest Training Provider and short courses through Noodle Now and other training providers.

 

Annual Leave

We want employees to spend important time with their families, so all sites are closed on all bank holidays, and between Christmas and New Year. We offer a range of term time only roles and others across the whole year.  We give staff 28 days annual leave in addition to their birthday.

We want to recognise the work you achieve as a team and reward this with end of term team building events, Christmas meals and end of year events. In addition to this, we give staff monthly lunch treat of your teams choice.

 

Physical Well-Being

We understand the need to support employees physical and emotional mental health, as our role is physically demanding. We have teamed up with Routine, Bexleyheath to offer free gym membership and take part in their Hitt Training, Body Sculpting, or Yoga.

 

Competitive Salary

We want employees to be rewarded with competitive salaries, so provide salaries based on Living Wage pay scale. We review individuals salaries annually and provide pay rises in line with performance during supervisions, promotions and length of service.
